Staying on the Leader in Me Journey, if you click on the "Professional Learning" tab, we have created a better view of any current, future, and past events that have been scheduled.
Users can also schedule new coaching sessions with the click of a button. This button is at the bottom of the Professional Learning tab, pictured below.
At the top of the screen, you will see 3 buttons for Current, Future, and Previous Sessions.
The Current tab represents the touch points that can be scheduled now, or during the term of the service window outlined in the contract.
The Future tab represents the touch points that can be scheduled in the future or when the service window begins.
The Previous Sessions represent the touch points that have been delivered and the service window has expired.
If you look closer at the touch points, you will see several details.
Your session type will show whether you are scheduled for a call, workshop, or coaching day.
Workshops: For your entire staff or Lighthouse team. These are designed to promote individual growth and organizational improvement.
Coaching Days: These are for anyone working to benefit from Leader in Me.
These days are designed to assist participants in overcoming barriers, shifting paradigms, or gaining a deeper understanding of what it takes to implement the Leader in Me process.
Coaching Calls: These calls are for the principal and Lighthouse Coordinator.
These are 1-hour Zoom calls designed to identify, align, and assess the progress of results targeted for improvement through Leader in Me.
The modality will show if the session will be delivered virtual or Onsite.
The title will show the content that’s being delivered with the coach or facilitator listed underneath.
At the bottom, you will see the service window outlined in the contract. The service window must be delivered before the last day.
