The Professional Learning tab on your Leader in Me Journey page shows your school's current, future, and past professional learning sessions in one place. You can also schedule new coaching sessions from this tab.
Viewing Your Sessions
On your Leader in Me Journey page, select the Professional Learning tab.
Use the three buttons at the top of the tab to switch between session views:
- Current: Sessions you can schedule now, during the service window in your agreement.
- Future: Sessions you can schedule once a future service window begins.
- Previous Sessions: Sessions that have been delivered and whose service window has ended.
Understanding Session Details
Each session card includes the following details.
Session Type
The session type shows whether the session is a workshop, coaching day, or coaching call.
- Workshops: Sessions for your entire staff or Lighthouse Team, designed to promote individual growth and organizational improvement.
- Coaching days: Sessions for anyone working to benefit from Leader in Me. They help participants overcome barriers, shift paradigms, and deepen their understanding of what it takes to implement Leader in Me.
- Coaching calls: One-hour Zoom calls for the principal and Lighthouse Coordinator, designed to identify, align, and assess progress on the results your school is targeting through Leader in Me.
Modality
The modality shows whether the session will be delivered virtually or on-site.
Title and Facilitator
The title shows the content being delivered, with the coach or facilitator listed below it.
Service Window
The bottom of the card shows the service window from your agreement.
Note: Each session must be delivered before the last day of its service window.
Scheduling a Coaching Session
To schedule a new coaching session, select Add Coaching Session at the bottom of the Professional Learning tab.
