The Exam
Each exam is a Pass/Fail, multiple-choice test that takes about 60-75 minutes to complete. The Pass/Fail cut scores have been heavily researched and represent a high standard of testing, although they are still considered achievable scores. A downloadable Study Guide and Key Concepts for each course area is available on LeaderU for both students preparing for the exam and Instructors or Staff preparing students for the exam.

Exam Delivery
The exams are delivered through our instance of Instructure Canvas LMS. To minimize cheating, there are 6 different forms of each exam, each form will have some common and some unique questions.
Proctoring
Virtual Proctoring
Exams can be taken on-demand in Instructure Canvas and are virtually proctored through a service we partner with called Honorlock. More details on this process can be found here.
Live In-Person Proctoring
Institutions may choose to proctor the exam in-person if they wish. Institutions will need to designate two individuals to be trained and certified to administer the proctored exams in person. Certificate & Digital Badge
After a student passes an exam, they automatically receive an email from our partner, Credly, with a printable certificate and a digital badge (credential) which a student can share through social media (such as LinkedIn), add to their resume, and send to professional contacts.
