Welcome to Leader in Me Online! You won't go on your Leader in Me journey alone—a dedicated team supports your school every step of the way. This article shows you how to find your team and explains what each team member does.
1. In the top navigation, click My School.
2. Select Leader in Me Journey from the drop-down menu.
The Leader in Me Journey page opens, where you can see the members of your team.
Client Partner
Your client partner builds the engagement and alignment your school needs to launch and sustain the Leader in Me schoolwide process. They work with school and district administrators, chamber presidents, and local and state business communities to create a vision for bringing the leadership model to their communities.
Coach
Your Leader in Me coach partners with school administrators, leadership teams, and staff to drive continuous improvement toward high-leverage results. They lead engaging workshops, followed by on-site and virtual coaching sessions designed around the specific results your school team is working toward.
Education Success Partner
Your education success partner (ESP) is your go-to person throughout your Leader in Me journey. Reach out to your ESP for help with:
- Questions and concerns
- Scheduling training
- Ordering items
- Online challenges and live events
- Customized solutions for your school's needs
Your ESP works closely with your principal and school coach to make sure your training and membership support fit your school's needs.
Client Engagement Coordinator
Your client engagement coordinator keeps things running smoothly by making sure contracts and financial commitments are in place. They also ship your materials and confirm everything is set up for successful workshops during implementation.
