Welcome to Leader in Me Online. We're so excited to have you here. You won't have to go on your Leader in Me journey alone, you will have an entire team dedicated to your school. Below we will explain what the members of your team do.
First, to find your team we will navigate to the "Leader in Me Journey" tab under the "My School" drop-down menu. This will be located on the top navigation.
On the "Leader in Me Journey" tab you will see a list of your team.
Client Partner
Your Client Partner works to build the necessary engagement and alignment to deploy and sustain the Leader in Me school-wide process. They partner with your school and district administrators, chamber presidents, and the business community, at both the local and state level, to assist in creating a vision for bringing the leadership model to their respective communities.
Coach
Your Leader in Me Coach will partner with school administrators, leadership teams, and staff to promote continuous improvement in the achievement of high-leverage results through the implementation of Leader in Me. This will be inspired through the delivery of engaging workshops followed by coaching sessions (on-site and virtual) intentionally designed to support the achievement of specific results targeted by school teams.
IT Support
Leader in Me also provides support via our IT team. If there is ever a technical place you get stuck, our IT team will be here to support you.
Education Success Partner
The Leader in Me Education Success Partner (ESP) is a key member of your team. Your ESP will be your go-to person for questions, concerns, scheduling training, ordering items, online challenges, live events, and customized solutions to meet your specific needs - your inside partner throughout your Leader in Me journey.
Their partnership with your school involves a high degree of collaboration between the Principal and school Coach to certify you're moving forward with training that best fit the school's needs, as well as through the appropriate Membership support.
Client Engagement Coordinator
Your Client Engagement Coordinator focuses on serving Leader in Me schools with operational excellence, by ensuring contracts and financial commitments are in place. They will work with your school to ship materials and confirm that they are set up for successful workshops during implementation.
