Use the "Action Plans" tab in Leader in Me to create and manage your school's action plans. Teachers and admins can build plans on their own or work on them together as a team.
What You Can Do with Action Plans
- Create individual action plans: Build a plan of your own alongside your team's plans.
- Add subtasks: Break team action plans into smaller steps to dig deeper.
- Edit together: Multiple users can edit the same school action plan at the same time.
Open Your Action Plans
1. In the top navigation, click the My School dropdown, and select Leader in Me Journey.
2. On your school's "Profile" page, click the Action Plans tab below your school name.
Explore the Action Plans Page
1. Action plan list: On the left side of the page, you'll see your team action plans and a section to create individual action plans. Only you can see your individual action plans.
2. Calendar: On the right side of the page, a dot appears under each date with an action plan—blue for individual action plans and green for team action plans.
3. Big Rock updates: Below the calendar, you'll see a list of Big Rock tasks that have been created or updated.
4. Status filter: Use the Status dropdown to filter action plans by In Progress, Not Started, Completed, or Archived.
