Create an individual action plan in Leader in Me to set your own goals, plan the work to reach them, and track your progress. Only you can see your individual action plans.
Create a New Individual Action Plan
1. In the top navigation, click the My School dropdown, and select Leader in Me Journey.
2. Click the Action Plans tab.
3. Select Individual Action Plans, and click New Individual Action Plan.
4. Enter a name for your action plan, and set the start and end dates.
Fill In the Get, Do, and See Boxes
Next, you'll see three boxes: Get, Do, and See.
- Get: Add the results you want to get.
- Do: Click the + button to add a Big Rock task.
- See: Add the paradigms that will guide your approach.
