Overview
This modal provides students with multiple ways to join a new student group quickly and securely. By using a generated alphanumeric code, QR code, direct access link, or email invitation, students can easily connect with their assigned groups and access the necessary resources.
Joining via Alphanumeric Code
Above the list of lessons, there is a button on the right labeled Join Student Group. Clicking this button opens a popup where students can enter a unique alphanumeric code provided by their instructor or group administrator to join a student group. Input the alphanumeric code into the designated field within the modal and confirm the request to gain access.
Alternative Methods for Joining a Student Group
In addition to using an alphanumeric code, students may also join a student group through the following methods:
- Scannable QR Code: Students can scan a provided QR code using their device's camera or scanning application, which automatically directs them to the group enrollment page.
- Direct Access Link: A shared link can be clicked to immediately grant access to the student group without needing to enter a code manually.
- Email Invitation: Students may receive an email invitation containing a direct enrollment link. Clicking the link within the email guides them through the process of joining the student group.
These multiple options ensure that students can conveniently join their student groups using the method that works best for their school.
