Overview
This page allows students to submit their projects, input evaluators, and track the progress of their evaluation. The submission process is structured into different tabs to ensure all necessary information is provided before final submission and the teacher(s) of their student group must approve all aspects of the project to ensure the safety of the students and evaluators.
Link Leadership Project
In this section, students can add the link to their project. This link should direct evaluators to the completed work, which is hosted on an external platform (e.g., a document-sharing site, a portfolio website, or a video platform). Students must ensure the link is accessible to their assigned evaluators before submission.
Enter Evaluators
Students can enter the names and email addresses of their selected evaluators. These evaluators may include teachers, peers, or guest evaluators assigned to assess the project, depending on the settings assigned by the school administration. Double-checking the accuracy of the provided email addresses ensures the evaluation request is sent correctly.
*An email invitation will not be sent to guest evaluators until a project is fully submitted.
Submit Project for Evaluation
Before submitting, students can review all entered information, including:
- The project link to confirm it is correct and accessible
- The name(s) and email address(es) of evaluators to ensure all necessary evaluators are included
Once verified, students can submit the project for approval by their teacher(s).
Review Feedback and Results
After submission, students can track the progress of their project evaluation. This tab provides real-time updates on:
- Evaluator Status: See whether the assigned evaluators have reviewed the project
- Grade: If applicable, view any feedback or grading received
- Micro-Credential Earned or Not Earned: Check whether the project has met the necessary criteria to receive a micro-credential
By following these steps, students can effectively manage their project submissions and stay informed about their project evaluation progress.
