Coaching Support
The other major product component of the ProLearning Pass is access to a FranklinCovey coach through coaching calls three times per year. In these calls, coaches support District Administrators in developing and implementing a plan for using courses within the ProLearning Pass to build the capacity necessary to achieve district priorities.

Overall Purpose
The end in mind for coaching is to support district clients in their use of the ProLearning Pass to execute a focused plan, show measurable impact, and commit to next steps for continuous improvement.
Call 1: INITIATE
Support clients in connecting professional learning content from the ProLearning Pass to what they hope to achieve and who they need to engage.
Call 2: ACTIVATE
Support clients through early progress checks to remove roadblocks and adjust action steps necessary to sustain engagement in the implementation of the learning.
Call 3: ELEVATE
Support clients in reviewing results, celebrating wins, and pursuing continuous improvement through next steps.
