Once you've submitted all of your evidence, you're ready to request a Lighthouse Readiness Check from your coach.
Requesting a Lighthouse Readiness Check
Go to the Leader in Me Journey tab and open the Implementation Progress section.
On the Overview page, click Submit for a Formal Review below the lighthouse progress image.
The Readiness Check request form opens and shows your coach's name and email address.
Add any comments you'd like your coach to see in the text box, then click Send Request.
What Happens Next
Your coach will reach out to schedule your Lighthouse Review.
