How much time per week is required? How do we fit this into existing meetings?
Because of the flexibility:
- Leaders complete modules asynchronously at their convenience.
- You determine expectations for completion.
- Live discussions and activities can be built into existing meetings and agendas.
- No additional PD days are required.
If trust, execution, communication, or leadership pipeline are issues, which course should we start with?
We match courses directly to your priority needs. Examples:
- Trust issues → The Speed of Trust
- Empowering leadership → Trust & Inspire
- Execution → 4 Essential Roles of Leadership
- Leadership pipeline → 7 Habits, 6 Critical Practices, Multipliers
We only launch courses when there is a significant organizational need, and all courses are research-based and world-class.
How soon should we see signs it’s working?
It depends on:
- The course selected
- The team engaged
During the activate coaching conversation, you’ll identify:
- Quick wins
- Reinforcement strategies
- Evidence that the learning is working
If we start with 50 seats and want to add more mid-year, how do we do that?
It’s easy:
- Seats can be added anytime.
- Because courses are on-demand, new participants can catch up independently.
- They can quickly align with the existing cohort without disrupting the plan.
