Canvas LMS LTI Fix: Correct Course Tiles on Backend Launch

We fixed an issue where launching the Canvas LMS LTI integration from the LeaderU admin side (rather than the front end) could display the wrong course tiles. LTI launches from admin or front-end now correctly show the matching course tiles in Canvas.
