Introducing Limi: Your AI Assistant in Leader in Me Online
Limi is a new AI assistant built into Leader in Me Online to help you find answers, resources, and guidance faster. This article covers what Limi can do today, where to find it, and how to manage it at your school.
Limi has been turned on for all US-based schools. It has not yet been turned on internationally, since additional features are needed to support other languages around the world.
Limi is available to staff only. Students in the Life Ready Leadership curriculum do not have access to Limi.
Limi has been trained on our resource library, including:
• Over 12,000 printable materials
• 2,900 videos
• 480 articles
• Curriculum lessons — Limi can now find the right lesson for Early Learning - Level 12 educators too (see below)
Limi has also been trained on your school's Leader in Me data, including implementation progress scores and MRA scores, so it can answer questions specific to your school's data.
Limi has not yet been trained on K12 curriculum or Professional Learning courses. Support for these is a feature we are working on for the near future.
Limi's Capabilities Have Extended to Curriculum
Limi can now find curriculum lessons too. Describe what's happening in your classroom, and Limi points you to the right lesson for Early Learning - Level 12 — a Best Match plus one or more Alternative Approach options — along with the materials, teacher notes, and slide preview you need to teach it.
You'll find this on the Curriculum page (under My Classroom) on every leveled tab, or you can start straight from the homepage Limi bar and Limi will check whether you're looking for a Resource or a Curriculum recommendation.

1. Look for the Limi icon in the top left-hand corner of the site — it's available everywhere you go.
2. The first time you click on Limi, you'll be asked to accept our terms of use around AI. A full write-up of what's included in the terms is available if you have questions.
3. Type your question into the chat box. For example, a coach recently asked Limi to map a school's established character traits to the 7 Habits during a coaching day — Limi searched the resource library and returned an accurate mapping in moments.
Every Limi response includes a thumbs up and thumbs down option. We ask that you rate Limi's responses as you use it — if you can, add a short explanation of what was helpful or unhelpful. This feedback helps train Limi to provide better responses over time. In short, Limi improves as you interact with it.
You can find a full history of your past Limi conversations by clicking the small window icon in the top corner of the chat box. From there you can start a new chat or reopen a previous conversation.
Schools that prefer not to use AI can disable Limi at any time.
1. Go to the Leader in Me Journey.
2. Navigate to School Profile, then Edit School.
3. Select the radio button to disable the chatbot for your school.
