Closing the MRA

• The Survey is considered “In Progress” when it is between the start and end dates specified when you created the survey.
• The survey will automatically be completed on the end date of the administration window.

Retrieving the Results

• Your results will populate in real-time on the MRA Dashboard. However, once your MRA is closed, you can download the results as well:
  • You can download the data in an Excel file using the “Download Data” button
  • You can download a printable of the dashboard in a PDF format using the “Download Report” button
