Total your points for each category in the Category Totals column. There are nine categories; the first two are the foundational habits of the 7 Habits, and the last seven are the 7 Habits themselves. After you have computed your category totals, mark each score in the grid below and graph your totals.
The higher your score, the more closely you are aligned with the 7 Habits principles. Where your score is lower than you would like, review your 7 Habits learning and resources, and focus on improving specific habits and their associated practices and skills. Consider using this self-assessment tool, time and time again, to keep you on track with living the 7 Habits and focusing on what matters most to you.
