The Principle-Centered Leadership Assessment can be completed online. If you’d like to have your students take this assessment, please provide them with a link to the URL.
This assessment measures the following 4 areas
- Personal Effectiveness: How well do you manage yourself, and do you focus on what is most important?
- Interpersonal Effectiveness: Do you elevate those around you?
- Team Trust: Are you a team player, and can others look to you as a leadership figure?
- Strategic Leadership: Do you effectively manage company resources and goal-setting?
Assessment takers will receive a score from 1–10 for each of the four areas listed above, as well as an overall leadership score on the same 1–10 scale.
