Well-Being Index
The WHO Well-Being Index survey is what we recommend to provide to students prior to their LeaderU course. It is a quick 5 question survey they can take before the course and then again once they complete the course.
Instructions:
- Assign a random ID number to each student
- Student takes survey at beginning of course using assigned ID number
- Student takes survey at end of course using the same ID number
Note: The ID number will allow us to see what the difference in responses are from before they take the course until after. Also, FranklinCovey does not want to collect the students name or email on this survey as we want to keep it anonymous on our end when we view results. Only you would know which ID number is associated with a student.
