Limi, the AI assistant in Leader in Me Online, can now find curriculum lessons in addition to resources. Educators describe what they need and get lesson recommendations for Early Learning–Level 12. This FAQ covers who can use it, where to find it, how recommendations work, and how to manage it at your school.
Limi Now Finds Curriculum
Question: Is This a New Product?
No. Limi can now find and recommend curriculum lessons in addition to resources. It's the same Limi teachers already use, with nothing new to buy or set up.
Question: Who Can Use It?
In schools that have Limi turned on, it's available to users with Site Admin or Staff permissions, plus FranklinCovey coaches and admins. Students do not have access to Limi.
Question: What Grade Levels and Content Does It Cover?
It covers all Early Learning–Level 12 curriculum content and the entire Student Leadership Portrait. Recommendations are filtered to the grade selected.
Question: Why Is It Labeled Beta?
It launched as a beta on October 19, 2026, so real teacher feedback can shape improvements. Teachers can use thumbs up or thumbs down on any result, or share feedback through a quick survey in the Curriculum area.
Finding and Using It
Question: Where Do Teachers Find It?
Teachers can find it in the Limi search bar on the Curriculum Overview and each grade-level tab (Early Learning, K–5, 6–8, 9–12), the homepage Limi bar, and the Limi icon in the top navigation.
Question: What Happens if a Teacher Starts From the Homepage or the Top Navigation?
Limi asks whether they're looking for a resource or a lesson. If they choose a lesson, Limi asks for their grade, then recommends.
Question: Are Resources Included?
Yes. Videos, printables, and other resources come with the recommendation, so teachers don't need a separate search.
Question: Can Teachers Save Recommendations?
Yes. They can save lessons, modules, or courses to named collections with the heart icon, without opening them first.
Understanding Recommendations
Question: How Many Results Does a Teacher Get?
For Early Learning–Level 8, teachers get one Top Match lesson plus one Alternative Approach from a different module. For high school, they get a Top Match plus two Alternative Approaches. Teachers can ask Limi to "show me more" for more options.
Question: How Does Limi Decide What to Recommend?
It considers what the teacher describes, the competency they're targeting, and their grade level. Recommendations are ranked by how closely they match, with anything clearly off-topic filtered out. Each one includes a plain-language "why this match" explanation.
Question: Will Every Recommendation Be a Perfect Match?
Not every time. Teachers see the strongest options first, never a wasted result. If something isn't right, they can rephrase, try the Alternative Approach, or use thumbs down to share feedback.
Question: Does Recommending a Single Lesson Break the Curriculum Sequence?
No. Teachers who follow the scope and sequence are encouraged to keep doing so. Limi helps in timely moments, when a student or class needs something the next lesson doesn't cover. Teachers can quickly find a lesson that addresses that need, then return to their regular sequence.
Settings, Privacy, and Support
Question: Can a School Turn It Off?
Yes. Schools can disable Limi, including lesson recommendations, under Leader in Me Journey > School Profile > Edit School.
Question: Is Student or Teacher Data Handled Differently?
No. Lesson recommendations are covered by the existing Limi privacy policy, and no updates were required.
Question: Where Can I Learn More?
