Each ProLearning Pass includes access to a FranklinCovey coach through three coaching calls per year. Coaches help district administrators develop and implement a plan for using ProLearning Pass courses to build the capacity needed to achieve district priorities.

Overall Purpose
Coaching helps district clients use ProLearning Pass to execute a focused plan, show measurable impact, and commit to next steps for continuous improvement. Each call has a specific focus:
Call 1: Initiate
Connect ProLearning Pass content to what the district hopes to achieve and who it needs to engage.
Call 2: Activate
Check early progress to remove roadblocks and adjust the action steps needed to sustain engagement.
Call 3: Elevate
Review results, celebrate wins, and plan next steps for continuous improvement.
