Professional development budgets are often among the first to face cuts, which makes it essential for Professional Learning to stay flexible and support on-demand training for schools and districts. Building on the initial launch of Professional Learning, this release adds new enhancements to reporting, course assignment, and achievement tracking.
Accessing the Admin Dashboard
From the Professional Learning Dashboard, click the Admin Dashboard button.
Who has access: FranklinCovey admins, coaches, and site administrators at schools or districts.

Clicking Admin Dashboard takes you to the admin view, where you'll notice two tabs at the top of the page — one of which is brand new.

New: Framework Statistics Tab
The Framework Statistics tab shows the Leader in Me framework and tracks who has completed each module, including the Core 1, Core 2, and Core 3 courses.

Module-Level Detail
This tab gives you a more granular, module-by-module view of progress:
- Select a module (for example, Student Voice).
- The table below will populate automatically.
- You'll be able to see:
- Who has completed the module (and in what category)
- Who has the module in progress
- Who has not started the module

This view gives everyone a clear picture of where all staff at a school or district currently stand.
Module Reporting Button
Each module also includes a Module Reporting button. For example, clicking on Elementary will display:
- All users who have completed that module
- Their responses to feedback and module delivery questions
- The modality used to complete the module
- Who each respondent is

Together, these updates give schools and districts a clearer feel for how their staff is engaging with and responding to training.
Updates to Learner Groups
A few quick improvements have been made to learner groups, whether you're editing an existing group or creating a new one.
Adjustable Start Dates & Pacing
- You can now adjust the start date and align the pacing timeline for a learner group.
- Updating the start date automatically updates all associated:
- Module learning due dates
- Application challenge due dates

Unassigning Modules
You can now unassign specific modules from a learner group. For example, if a school completed some modules in person — such as Leadership Roles and Physical Environment — you can:
- Toggle those modules off yourself, or
- Direct the site administrator to do so on their end

Achievement Downloads
Achievements and certificates are now easier to access and include more detail.
Downloading Certificates
- From the Admin Dashboard, click the third tab and download the certificate directly.
- Or, open the course itself and select Download Proof of Completion.
Either option downloads the certificate as a PDF.
